CANCELLATION POLICY

**Cancellation Policy** We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment before it begins. **General Information**   That's My Esti is dedicated to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. However, when a customer cancels without sufficient notice, it prevents another customer from receiving the service. No-shows and late cancellations negatively affect service quality and inconvenience customers who arrive on time. For these reasons, That's My Esti has established a cancellation policy that will be strictly enforced. **Full Payment**   Your registration is confirmed once we receive your full deposit, which must be sent directly. We do not reserve appointments without a deposit. The deposit amount will be communicated to you via text after booking and will be deducted from the total service cost. **Cancellation Requests**   Cancellation requests can be submitted via phone, email, online, or in person. Please note that refunds will be issued using the original form of payment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy, please contact us at 972-595-4123. **Refund Policy**   All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your appointment spot. Refunds for services must be requested within 72 hours of the appointment.
